Job Summary:

As a Client Services Supervisor, you will oversee the day-to-day activities of the Software Services support team, dealing with new client on-boarding, and support requests. Overseeing support requests and distributing them to the relevant colleagues so they are dealt with in a timely fashion. This will include assessing each request to prioritise, and monitoring the workloads of technical service advisors and software developers

The role will involve:

  • Manage a small team of technical service advisors
  • Manage the workflows and workloads of the team
  • Oversee the on-boarding of new clients who have purchased ITVET software
  • Liaise with clients and suppliers for data or services that may be required
  • Assist with training of clients to use ITVET software (training will be provided)
  • Ensure development requests are packaged correctly before assigning to developers
  • Ensuring data entry is consistent and accurate
  • Helping the team with priorities and ensuring everyone has a sufficient amount of work
  • Monitoring the quality of the various products; raising improvement suggestions

The ideal candidate will:

  • Experience managing a team
  • Tech savvy or technical experience
  • Have great attention to detail
  • Be friendly and proactive
  • Be experienced in customer services and administration
  • Have excellent organisational and prioritisation skills
