  3. We return the full working device back to you, usually within 48 hours*


We have been providing a first class repair service for Mobiles, Tablets and Laptops for many years. We have a team of expert engineers based at our ‘State of the Art’ workshops and ITVET HQ. We provide an unrivalled level of support with guaranteed Service Level Agreements (SLA’s)


As soon as you call or email the ITVET service desk our customer care team will arrange for our courier to visit your office or home address (same day if logged before 12am). Simply pop your device in to the pre-provided pouch, sit back and wait for our courier to call. Depending on your location it may be possible to upgrade to our express collection and delivery service, where we will aim to pick up and deliver on the same day! (Must be logged by 10am)


Once your item arrives at our repair centre, one of our specialists will carry out an initial assessment, usually within minutes of arriving. Once this assessment has been completed and you have been updated, we carry out the repair.


Once a device has been checked by quality control, it is collected by our courier and delivered back to you at an address of your choice (we come to you). All repairs are guaranteed for a minimum period of, 12 months on parts, and 6 months on labour.
