Our ITVET Teammate Awards 2025 took place on Friday 12th September at The Charis Centre in Bishop’s Stortford – and what a memorable evening it was! This annual event serves as a wonderful opportunity to honour the outstanding individuals who truly make ITVET the exceptional company it is today. From remarkable achievements to everyday dedication, our teammates continue to inspire us all.

James Drake, Service Desk Technician

Since being promoted to Technician, James Drake has fully embraced his new responsibilities with enthusiasm and professionalism, making a real impact. His strong work ethic, attention to detail, and impressive output helped the team manage even the busiest periods with ease. Matt Runciman, Infrastructure Engineer

Giving Back Award

Charlotte Fountain, Client Relationship & Procurement Assistant

Charlotte Fountain has a heart of gold and inspires others through her actions. From transforming our garden space to actively participating in volunteering days and sponsored hikes, she exemplifies our values in action. In the office, sheโ€™s always ready to pitch in – whether it’s helping with deliveries or keeping the coffee machine spotless. Her constant willingness to go the extra mile makes a meaningful and lasting impact on the whole team.

Best Newcomer Award

Alex Howell, Service Desk Engineer

Since joining ITVET, Alex Howell has made a huge impression. With a strong work ethic and a fantastic attitude, he brings dedication, care, and a collaborative spirit to everything he does. Breaking the Engineering teamโ€™s record for the most ticket closes the same month he was promoted, Alex has already proven heโ€™s a rising star. Heโ€™s responsive, dependable, and a great person to have around.

Outstanding Customer Service Award

Vanesa Elliot, Service Desk Agent

Vanesa Elliot sets the gold standard for client interactions. Her warmth, professionalism, and consistently polite manner shine through in every call she takes. Colleagues and clients alike regularly praise her calm, helpful approach, which continues to inspire those around her. Vanesaโ€™s commitment to going above and beyond makes her a role model on the Service Desk – and a true asset to ITVET.

Innovation Champion Award

Andy Watts, Service Desk Manager

Andy Watts is always thinking ahead. Known for his inventive mindset and deep technical know-how, heโ€™s constantly looking for ways to improve how we work. From automating processes to integrating clever AI solutions, his passion for streamlining operations and finding smarter ways of working makes a real difference to the team. Rob Felton, Senior Project Engineer

Alex Stickland, Mobilisation Manager
