All parts of the device (including system software) are fully functional, powers on, no cracks and only minimal wear and tear, displays an image and no physical damage to screen, backlight fully working, no missing internal/external parts, does not overheat, all components are working i.e speakers, mic etc.Poor. Device is fully functional, but has heavy scratches or wear. Battery maintains a charge after the Charger has been removed. No broken screens, heavy pressure marks or liquid damage.Faulty. Device does not turn on or has a major fault such as broken or cracked screen, non functional keyboard or trackpad.
